Not normally. Just when Kyle organizes things.
Couscous to panty liners? You are missing so many staples if that's in alphabetical order. What about jam, jelly, kidney beans, kraft dinner, kraft dinner extra creamy, kraft dinner spirals, etc? You would never survive if you were snowed in for three days. Your panties probably would though.
Maybe he thought they were pantry liners. It's a common mistake.
