Burnin' Up the Track

This morning, my friend Sanni and I ran for 30 minutes without stopping. Hooray for me! I've made a lot of progress since September when my friend Julie informed me that not everyone tastes blood when they run (or in my case, walk quickly while flailing their arms to give the illusion of speed). I'm pretty impressed with myself, considering I was the kid who faked an ulcer in Grade 6 to get out of running the 400m race.

You go girl!
Looks like I was holding you back in our work out days. For shame.

i wish I could run that long without stopping...I try but then I just always feel like walking instead. I'm going over to Gran's gym (they have a treadmill) in about half an hour so maybe I'll try going the whole time without stopping. I'll let you know how I do! Good job James!!

Well I'm not so sure about the marathon. I can run for 30 minutes but I'm not really covering much ground. And Celia, I still miss our work outs. Whenever I pass an eliptical trainer, I think of you. Oh fer sad. I also think of you whenever I see a gopher.
